Tofu Bites

Hungry between meals? Snack the healthy way with these Tofu bites. Easy to make, delicious to taste, this is a dish which will convert all the Tofu haters too! Herb crusted and crispy snack. What’s not to like?

Ingredients:

Tofu, firm cut into strips

Soy milk, 2tbsp

Corn flour 1tbsp

Dill, chopped 2 tbsp

Coriander leaves, chopped 2 tbsp

Paprika powder, 1 tsp

Chaat masala, 1 tsp

Salt to taste

Oil

Method

  1. Mix the corn flour with soy milk/regular milk, dill, coriander leaves, paprika powder, chaat masala and salt.

  2. Coat the tofu in this slurry.

  3. Now pan fry it on each side till it turns dark golden.

  4. Serve it with some lemon wedges!
