Ingredients:
Tofu, firm cut into strips
Soy milk, 2tbsp
Corn flour 1tbsp
Dill, chopped 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves, chopped 2 tbsp
Paprika powder, 1 tsp
Chaat masala, 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil
Method
Mix the corn flour with soy milk/regular milk, dill, coriander leaves, paprika powder, chaat masala and salt.
Coat the tofu in this slurry.
Now pan fry it on each side till it turns dark golden.
Serve it with some lemon wedges!
